Message frequency varies based on your engagement in the program.

- Registering for the 7x70 Program
- Filling out a form that includes phone number consent
- Engaging with our automated DM flows (e.g., Instagram or ManyChat)
- Requesting resources that require SMS delivery
By opting in, you consent to receive SMS and MMS messages.
